• The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and securities background with specific experience advising investment funds during all stages of their lifecycle, as well as investors in such funds.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred.
• The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets practice.

• Three to five years of experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which applying, or ability to obtain one as soon as possible.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects, sound judgment, and ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Proactive, dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with diverse background and experiences.
