A leading corporate law firm is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Austin office
. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge clients in technology and life sciences, advising on a variety of corporate and securities matters.

• Advise clients on venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters, and private company M&A
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documents
• Collaborate with team members across offices and with clients to deliver high-quality legal services
• Support complex corporate transactions and strategic corporate initiatives

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters, or M&A
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment

• Base salary: $310,000 – $390,000, based on experience and year classification
• Discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded
