Responsibilities- Join the Patent Prosecution practice as a technical advisor and draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Work side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel from day one to develop legal skills.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar technical field.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references.
- Interested in becoming a patent agent and available to work full-time beginning in June 2026 when the program starts.

Compensation and BenefitsThis position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here.
Compensation range: $130,000 to $135,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
