• Join the Patent Prosecution practice as a technical advisor and draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Work side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel from day one to develop legal skills.

• Degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar technical field.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent references.
• Interested in becoming a patent agent and available to work full-time beginning in June 2026 when the program starts.

Compensation range: $130,000 to $135,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
