REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering.

• Strong background in patent drafting, prosecution, and strategy. Pharmaceutical prosecution experience preferred.

• Experience with USPTO communications and familiarity with diligence matters, such as clearance studies and opinion work.

• Ability to support the technical aspects of litigation as needed.

• Must be licensed to practice before the USPTO or qualified to sit for the patent bar.
