Litigation Attorney – Austin, TX

One is partnering with a national litigation boutique to fill a Litigation Attorney position in their Austin office. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Texas and located in Austin.

• At least two years of antitrust litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a major law firm. A federal clerkship is a plus.
• Experience managing all phases of litigation: discovery, research, drafting motions and briefs, depositions, and trial/mediation.

• Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis‑Nexis and Westlaw to support litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
