As our firm expands, we’re seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial‑minded Personal Injury Attorneys. This unique opportunity is ideal for solo practitioners or small firm owners with an existing caseload, allowing you to join a growing, multi‑state firm while maintaining autonomy.

• Client Advocacy:
  Provide top‑tier legal counsel and representation in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.
• Caseload Management:
  Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a focus on client service and results.
• Legal Strategy:
  Conduct research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state’s personal injury law.

  Work with multidisciplinary attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Practice Growth:
  Participate in market development and leverage your network with our business‑development resources.
• Community Involvement:
  Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
• An existing caseload or client base.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.

Salary range: $150,000 ‑ $200,000 USD.

Details will be discussed during the interview process and will vary based on experience, business needs, and market factors.
