Experienced Defense Litigator

We are looking for an experienced litigator with 5 or more years of experience to help defend clients in a wide range of matters, including general liability, premises liability, trucking, and auto accidents, and product liability cases. We will consider applicants who live outside of the Austin area and can work remotely. However, you must live in Texas.

You will be responsible for all aspects of your cases, including discovery, motion practice, and trials. If you are a more experienced, confident attorney, you will have the opportunity to go up against other very accomplished attorneys in very high‑risk cases. If you are less experienced, you will have the opportunity to develop and hone your skills by taking depositions, attending hearings, dealing directly with clients, and executing discovery plans on cases.

You’ll have the opportunity and encouragement to develop your skills to their fullest, assuming complete responsibility for handling cases from start to end with minimal supervision.

Compensation is competitive in the market, based on your skills and experience. The starting salary begins at $150,000 and increases depending on experience and skill sets. Additional bonuses will be paid based on your performance, excellent work, and value to the firm.

We provide and pay 100% of your health and dental insurance; we have an excellent 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan; and you can take vacation and holidays at your discretion, so long as your deadlines and client obligations are met and your work remains excellent.
