Position: Patent Associate/Agent #20748

Large GP Firm with Cravath level compensation.
Very active with IPR filings and representing petitioners at the PTAB.
National "Tier 1" Law Firm - Patent Law, per U.S. News – Best Law Firms

REQUIREMENTS
  • Applicants should have focused experience in drafting patent applications in the computer arts (e.g., software, AI/ML/LLMs, web applications, telecommunications, integrated circuits, etc.).
  • Candidates should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Candidates with a degree or an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and/or computer science are preferred, although candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering or other relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Strong experience drafting complex software patent applications is a plus.
  • Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be comfortable working directly with clients, and possess strong writing and analytical skills.
