• Manage a caseload of personal injury lawsuits from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft and respond to motions, utilizing a strong command of litigation strategy and legal procedure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout each case
• Apply your knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop winning strategies
• Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow trial attorneys to secure life-changing results for our clients

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar
• Demonstrated experience drafting motions and handling litigation
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Adept knowledge of trial procedure and legal best practices
• A desire to become an elite plaintiff attorney with a strong work ethic and team mentality
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
