Consilio's ELS Direct Hire division is seeking an experienced Commercial
Real Estate Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Austin. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong real estate skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with loan documents, UCC filings, lien searches, and payoff letters
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis Nexis
  • Assist with real estate matters, acquisitions, dispositions, and loans leases
  • Manage case files and maintain organized documentation systems
  • Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, title companies, and government offices
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with firm procedures
  • Prepare closing checklists, assemble closing binders, and manage estoppel requests
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Must have title and survey experience on the buyers side
  • Proficiency with Westlaw
    , Lexis Nexis
    , and Microsoft Office (especially Word)
  • Strong administrative and case management skills
  • Excellent references and a proven record of efficient, high-quality work
