Centivo is seeking an in-house healthcare attorney to join our legal team. You will work directly with the Chief Legal Officer, advising on federal and state health-plan related matters, including self-funded plans, ERISA, HIPAA, and licensing compliance.
You will manage contract negotiation, regulatory advisory, disputes, and M&A due diligence, using Ironclad for contract management and helping build scalable legal processes with AI-enabled tools.
