Elite Austin boutique firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its successful litigation practice. The firm represents landowners, businesses, and institutional clients in complex condemnation, inverse condemnation, land use, and regulatory takings matters across Texas.

You will have substantial hands‑on experience, including direct client interaction, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, & trial preparation. This attorney will work closely with partners on high-profile cases involving roadway expansions, utility easements, pipelines, and other governmental issues.
