DIVISION - OFFICE OF POLICY AND DOCKET MANAGEMENT (OPDM) DEPARTMENT - COMMISSION ADVISING About OPDMThe Office of Policy and Docket Management division (OPDM) supports the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) Commissioners, including when they act collectively as the Commission. OPDM is composed of three sections that work cooperatively to support the Commission's decision-making and adjudicatory responsibilities.
