Associate Attorney

We are working with a top tier Personal Injury firm in Austin who is actively seeking a PI litigation attorney to join their team.

They represent clients in complex, high-value personal injury litigation matters throughout Texas. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney seeking meaningful courtroom involvement, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to advocate for clients in impactful cases.

• Handle litigation matters from case inception through resolution and appeal
• Draft, file, and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery-related documents
• Conduct and defend depositions involving parties, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and courtroom testimony
• Analyze medical records, discovery materials, and expert reports
• Research and present complex legal arguments effectively and persuasively
• Make regular court appearances and advocate aggressively on behalf of clients
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Texas law license in good standing
• 1-4 years of plaintiff PI litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom presentation skills
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and case management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
• Commissions on fees
