Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal that is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. This person must be a team player and be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.

• Prepare legal documents, foreclosure documents, pleadings and correspondence;
• Review and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy;
• Perform legal research;
• E-file and E-serve case documents;
• Create and maintain a case management database;
• Communicate with homeowners, clients and clients' representatives;
• Coordinate collection efforts with firm's attorneys and service providers;
• Enter client and case information into the firm's case software management system;
• Enter time in billing system daily; and
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum one (3) year of office experience;
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and strong follow up skills;
• Ability to effectively prioritize workflow, multi-task and work under pressure;
