About the RoleBaker Law Group is seeking an accomplished Texas civil litigator and proven leader to serve as Managing Partner for our expanding Texas practice. This role is for an attorney who wants to do more than inherit a caseload: the Managing Partner will help build an office, develop a team, and shape the firm’s long-term presence in Texas.

- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, settlement materials, and other legal documents.
- Appear in hearings, conferences, mediations, trials, and other proceedings as appropriate.
- Advise clients clearly on strategy, risk, cost, timing, and practical next steps.
