Republican Jobs is leading the search for an Entry-Level Litigation Associate to join a growing law firm in the Austin area. This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed attorney who has passed the Texas Bar and is seeking hands-on litigation experience with firm-provided training and mentorship.
Salary: Up to $100,000 DOE +
100% employer-paid medical insurance and additional benefits.
Assist with all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior attorneys.
Support case strategy development and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
Participate in hearings, depositions, and litigation proceedings.
Bar License , litigation, ABA accredited school, Courtroom experience, Legal Research, Business Law, Depositions, drafting legal documents, Legal document preparation, Negotiation and ABA Accredited Law School
