In-House Counsel tasked with providing expert legal guidance and support to ensure our operations align with all applicable laws and regulations.

Mustpossesscomprehensive knowledge of U.S. laws, regulations, and business processes relevant to the role, with the ability to apply thisexpertiseeffectively in day-to-day operations and decision-making.

This position demands a robust understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a strong ethical foundation. • Work withthe Black Dragon General Counsel to provide legal advice and guidance to the executive team and portfolio companies.

• Experience with commercial and technology contracts drafting, negotiation,and mitigating risks

• Background in technology, licensing, SaaS, privacy, IP.Lifecycle of product development

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.

• Managing litigation and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.

• Overseeing corporate governance and ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

• Advising onmergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

• Managing intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

• Handling employee relations and labor law issues.

• Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
