About Paradromics

Brain-related illness is one of the last great frontiers in medicine, not because the brain is unknowable, but because it has been inaccessible. Paradromics is building a brain‑computer interface (BCI) platform that records brain activity at the highest possible resolution: the individual neuron. AI algorithms then decode this massive amount of brain‑data, enabling the seamless translation of thought into treatments.

Our first clinical application, the Connexus® BCI, will help people who are unable to speak, due to ALS, spinal cord injuries, and stroke, to communicate independently through digital devices. However, the capabilities of our BCI platform go far beyond our first application. With the brain in direct communication with digital devices, we can leverage technology to transform how we treat conditions ranging from sensory and motor deficits to untreatable mental illness.

  • Receive incoming materials and shipments, both physically and in MES/ERP system, including unpacking, labeling, verifying quantities, documenting receipts, logging discrepancies, and routing items to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Support daily purchasing activities for routine orders such as R&D materials, tools, consumables, and minor components by requesting quotes, communicating with vendors, requesting purchase orders internally, tracking deliveries, and following up on open orders.
  • Prepare and ship outbound R&D packages using appropriate carriers, including packaging, labeling, generating shipment documentation, scheduling pickups, and completing occasional in-person drop-offs when necessary to meet same‑day shipment needs.
  • Maintain accurate order tracking and shipping records to provide clear visibility into delivery status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine purchasing, shipping, or receiving issues such as delivery delays, missing items, labeling discrepancies, and vendor confirmation gaps; escalates more complex issues to the Supply Chain Manager as needed.
  • Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas organized and compliant with internal processes and quality standards.
  • Perform additional operations and supply chain support tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, flexible work style by stepping in where needed to support urgent builds, shipments, or operations needs.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of total experience and the demonstrated reliability and consistency, with strong attendance and follow-through.
  • High sense of ownership; takes initiative and completes tasks without the need for constant follow-up.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to support time‑sensitive operations needs, including occasional extended hours.
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities within operations or supply chain functions.
  • Comfortable working hands‑on with fragile or small materials, packages, and lab supplies.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and use ERP systems (SEAL or similar) for receiving, order tracking, and inventory updates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in documentation, labeling, and order verification.
  • Experience in warehouse, lab operations, supply chain, or shipping/receiving environments (preferred but not required).
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials and packages up to 40 lbs. occasionally.

  • Comfort working hands‑on with materials, packages, and lab supplies (advanced proficiency).
  • Interest in developing into broader supply chain, procurement, or operations roles.
