The Vendor Management Specialist – Modular Field Execution is responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of qualified vendors and subcontractors to support residential construction projects from start to finish. This role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and managing trade partners to ensure consistent performance, pricing, and compliance across all project phases while aligning vendor capacity with construction needs.

Working closely with internal teams in Construction, Procurement, and Operations, this specialist drives cost efficiency, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across multiple markets. The role involves regular performance evaluations, vendor scorecards, and process improvements. It requires frequent communication and travel to job sites within Texas to strengthen relationships and resolve on-site challenges.
