We are on the lookout for a Shipping Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and loading outbound shipments, verifying orders for accuracy, and keeping staging areas clean and organized. You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, assist with packaging as needed, and work closely with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Shift Time: 7AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

• Pick, stage, and load outbound shipments, ensuring each order matches the packing list and shipping documentation
• Verify shipment accuracy and report any damages, shortages, or quality issues
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Print and apply labels, update shipping documentation, and use scanners to track outgoing orders
• Assist the packaging team as needed to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following internal protocols
• Communicate with team members and other departments to support smooth and timely shipping operations
• Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

• 2+ year of warehouse or shipping experience in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or GED equivalency required
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, scanners, and labeling processes
• Ability to lift, move, and manage materials up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and/or required
• Good communication skills
