Randstad is seeking an experienced Planner III to support a leading organization in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry in Austin, TX. In this role, you will support demand forecasting, inventory planning, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure materials and service parts are available in the right quantities, locations, and time frames. The ideal candidate has strong supply chain planning experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, material planning, and supply planning activities across assigned products or product life cycles.
- Develop and maintain production, material, and supply schedules based on customer demand and business requirements.
- Monitor schedule adherence, capacity constraints, material shortages, inventory levels, and supply-chain risks.
- Coordinate schedule changes resulting from demand fluctuations, engineering changes/ECOs, NPI builds, and supply interruptions.
- Perform part-shortage analysis, root-cause analysis, risk identification, and basic scenario planning
. - Partner with Product, Operations, Logistics, Service Business Units, and regional planning teams to resolve planning and material-availability issues.
- Maintain accurate planning data within enterprise systems and support established planning processes and procedures.
- Track and support planning deliverables related to NPI readiness, ECO planning, sustaining operations, and product transitions
. - Analyze complex data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning tools, processes, and data quality.
