Supply & Demand Planner

Neutonic is a fast-growing nootropics and functional beverage brand, scaling rapidly across DTC, Amazon, Tik Tok Shop and major US retail.

We are looking for a Supply & Demand Planner to ensure we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time, while balancing availability, inventory levels and cash.

You will own demand forecasting and supply planning across the US business, translating sales forecasts into clear production and inventory requirements.

Working closely with Ecommerce, Retail, Finance, Production and Operations, you will help ensure we stay in stock, plan production far enough in advance and avoid unnecessarily tying up cash in excess inventory.

• Own SKU-level demand forecasting across DTC, subscriptions, Amazon, Tik Tok Shop and retail
• Build forecasts using historical sales, current run rates, seasonality, promotions, retailer launches and expected growth
• Translate demand forecasts into production requirements and recommended production dates
• Maintain a rolling supply and production plan, accounting for manufacturing, ingredient and packaging lead times
• Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover and projected stock-out dates across channels
• Set appropriate safety stock and reorder levels
• Identify future stock risks, excess inventory and supply constraints early
• Plan inventory requirements for new retailer launches, increased distribution and promotional periods
• Track actual sales against forecast and continuously improve forecast accuracy
• Work with Finance to provide visibility of future production commitments and inventory-related cash requirements
• Balance stock availability with working capital and cash considerations
• Maintain clear reporting on demand, inventory, production requirements and key risks
• Ensure planning data within our ERP and related systems is accurate and up to date

• 3+ years' experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning or a similar role
• Experience with in CPG, FMCG, food, beverage, supplements or another consumer products business preferred
• Experience forecasting across multiple sales channels, ideally including ecommerce, Amazon and retail
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, production lead times, safety stock and reorder points
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience using ERP, inventory or demand planning systems
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally across commercial, finance and operations teams

Neutonic stays in stock across its key channels, production is planned well in advance, upcoming launches and promotions are properly accounted for, and inventory levels remain efficient.

You will give the business a clear view of what we need to produce, when we need to produce it and what that means for inventory and cash.
