SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERWe are looking for a Senior
Project Manager to join our team in Austin TX. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex construction projects from planning to completion. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring excellence in delivery, budget, and schedule. Working closely with teams, vendors, and subcontractors, you’ll uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This office-based role includes regular site visits and calls for a results-driven leader who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and precision.

- Supervise and mentor project teams, ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations
- Oversee project execution to deliver work on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
- Track progress, manage budgets, review cost reports, and process change orders promptly
- Lead weekly meetings and calls with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to review milestones and deliverables
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution
- Build baseline project schedules and budgets with estimating, engineering, and field operations
- Support estimating efforts, review bids, and assist with proposals; estimating and BTW experience preferred
- Manage monthly financials, accruals, and forecasts to maintain accurate reporting and cost control
- Collaborate with accounting, procurement, safety, and HR to ensure efficient project operations
- Resolve escalated issues and coordinate solutions across departments
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and regulatory standards
- Promote continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and applying lessons learned
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of proven project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience
- Excellent client and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera
- Physical activity for the role includes:
- Site visits as needed
- May experience variable weather conditions during site visits, including hot and cold weather
- Standing, and walking for long periods, on variable terrain outside
- Standing, sitting and walking for extended periods in an office environment
- Lifting loads up to 50 lbs
- Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
