Position SummaryWe’re looking for a dedicated and seasoned Employee Relations leader who is a hands‑on leader with a people focused mindset to strengthen our workplace environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, providing guidance, resolving challenges, and driving solutions that align with our values and business goals. You’ll help shape lead initiatives that boost engagement, trust and ensure every team member feels supported and heard.
Roleand Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Your primary responsibility is to own and drive our Positive Employee Relations strategy, setting the bar high and measuring success through key performance indicators.
Offer expert guidance and consultation on a wide range of Employee Relations matters; from performance concerns, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, involuntary terminations to resolving employee concerns while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Lead Employee Relations and Investigations Partners to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines and in accordance with quality and customer satisfaction.
Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance and monitoring compliance with applicable systems, policies, procedures, process work flows; and monitors compliance.
Responsible for overseeing administration of Performance Management, managing complaints handling complex investigations, creating ER Reports, managing audits and creating positive employer‑employee relationships.
Provide detailed case management documentation, summaries and timelines written with precision and clear next steps and recommended remediation.
Advise on corrective and preventative measures based on root cause analysis from investigations, pragmatic business enhancements and mitigation strategies, including identification of training needs.
Build constructive relationships with critical stakeholders to share information and influence change.

Work schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm (some hours may vary due to 24/7 facility)Working Conditions:

Here’s what you’ll need:
EducationBachelor's Degree:
Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Preferred: A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Seasoned Professional: With over 10 years of progressive Employee Relations, preferably Labor Relations experience, with expertise within manufacturing environments being strongly preferred.
Employment Law: Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances governing employment practices.
Program Management

Proven success implementing employee relations programs and initiatives, along with change management and facilitation experience is required.Project Management
