We are seeking an experienced Landscape Production Manager for an on-site, full‑time position located in Austin, TX. The Landscape Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations of landscaping projects, including managing labor, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, monitoring site activities for compliance with safety and environmental standards, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining equipment, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, and maintenance practices
- Project management skills, including budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Leadership and team supervision experience, including training and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, as well as environmental sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic work environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
