This role is located in Austin.
As a member of the Brand Experience team, you will oversee the conception, strategic planning and end-to-end execution of experiential marketing activations, bringing the Nutrabolt brands to life in various executions, both in-person and digitally. You’ll autonomously own small to large-scale projects, collaborating with and effectively influencing a wide array of cross-functional teams and external partners to produce consumer-facing events, projects and experiences that drive strategic goals.
WhatYou're Good At
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization and end-to-end execution of Nutrabolt’s signature brand experiences, the company’s presence at industry-wide events, and other activations that communicate brand culture and values globally.
- Coordinate, operationalize and execute complex projects on a national scale.
- Think outside of the box to bring Nutrabolt brands to life, spark interest and creativity.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets to support all initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving projects across teams and time zones.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, establish priorities, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across new product launches, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with other departments including sales, product development, legal, finance, and HR to maximize partnership effectiveness.
- Manage vendors and external partners, including negotiation and contract management.
- Contribute to team strategy, identifying opportunities and helping define objectives to reach team goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in producing live activations, events, and digital/interactive experiences not limited to music events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
- Top-notch communication skills with great project management and a strong ability to prioritize and deliver at a fast pace.
- Wide-range experience in brand-led experiences, both digitally and in-person.
- You have extraordinary attention to detail.
- Masterful as a lead producer with SOWs, schedules, and budget experience with clear and concise decision-making skills—unafraid to make hard decisions for the success of a program.
- Motivated self-starter, takes initiative, and can adapt quickly and effectively.
- Experienced track record for taking charge of various projects that include diverse requirements and deliverables.
- Skillful at managing internal team objectives, partners, and management expectations while managing reports and agency partners effectively.
- Drive to find innovative solutions for never-before-done concepts.
- Strong understanding of sports, music, art, and tech industries.
