Your role in our mission Project Management
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives, ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and elevate to management as needed
  • Identify possible project risks; recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate
Operational Excellence
  • Identify and execute against performance improvement opportunities across the enterprise using contemporary process improvement tools
  • Demonstrate experience in applying contemporary improvement techniques and producing results
  • Assess current business performance against the enterprise’s business strategy
  • Work with multiple teams of business practitioners to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations, and lead execution of initiatives
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers on improvement projects
  • Lead kaizen and process improvement projects
  • Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Recommend new practices, processes, metrics, or models; ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples
  • Independently determine method for completion of new projects
  • May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
What we’re looking for Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or technical discipline
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement with proven ability to lead change through both direct and indirect influencing abilities
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Action and results oriented, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Minitab, or other statistical software tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a service, transactional, or technology company, preferably in healthcare
  • Post‑secondary education and/or training related to the above essential functions
  • Other certifications in lean six sigma, project management, and/or quality
  • Understanding of Power BI or Tableau, or other business intelligence visualization tools
  • Understanding of Minitab, or other statistical software tool
