We’re hiring an Automotive Sales Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and support omni-channel initiatives. This role oversees the sales team, finance process, and store operations, making it ideal for a results-driven leader ready to take the next step in their career.
The starting wage for this position is $43,888/yr + eligible for bonus incentives
What You’ll Do- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Drive CRM accountability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance deal packages
- Follow up on missing documents and pending deals
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants to improve finance metrics
- Support Finance & Insurance (F&I) process and performance
- Deliver high customer satisfaction scores (NPS)
- Train staff on customer interaction and operational processes
- Act as second-in-command at the store location
- Support inventory, reconditioning, and pricing processes
- Monitor compliance with store and audit checklists
- Address employee, customer, and vendor concerns in partnership with leadership and HR
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- 3+ years of car sales experience
- 1+ year of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse, high-performing team
- Results-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
