Founded in 1993, Disability Services of the Southwest is one of the largest providers of support services to people with disabilities and the elderly in Texas. Our services include personal attendant services, nursing and therapies, home modifications, adaptive aids, job coaching, and supported employment. DSSW is licensed by the state to deliver a wide range of services, including Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS), Consumer Directed Services (CDS), Deaf‑Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD), and private pay care for the elderly and people with disabilities.

What You’ll DoAs a Program Director, you’ll oversee the internal operations of the CLASS waiver program and ensure that clients receive the services they need with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day‑to‑day activities of the assigned program
- Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload
- Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards
- Supporting and collaborating with office staff
- Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
- Traveling for client visits and community activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
- 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required)
- Case management experience (preferred)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
