Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $58,795.61 to $70,000.00 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 12, with a full pay range of $58,795.61 to $82,444.55. You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.

A dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the warehouse runs efficiently, exceeds operational goals, and maintains a high‑performing, safety‑conscious team.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations, including labor management, staffing, and productivity KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, and food safety/audit standards.
  • Train and coach warehouse staff for performance, safety, and retention.
  • Promote a culture aligned with our values and collaborative team mindset.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong basic math skills.
  • Must pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
Preferred
  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics.
  • Truck driving background.
  • Certifications in logistics or warehouse operations.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
  • Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook.
  • Frequent standing, twisting, bending, and reaching.
