We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin.
CompensationThe target salary range for this position is $58,795.61 to $70,000.00 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 12, with a full pay range of $58,795.61 to $82,444.55. You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.

A dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the warehouse runs efficiently, exceeds operational goals, and maintains a high‑performing, safety‑conscious team.
What You’ll Do- Lead day‑to‑day operations, including labor management, staffing, and productivity KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, and food safety/audit standards.
- Train and coach warehouse staff for performance, safety, and retention.
- Promote a culture aligned with our values and collaborative team mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong basic math skills.
- Must pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics.
- Truck driving background.
- Certifications in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook.
- Frequent standing, twisting, bending, and reaching.
