Project Manager –

Location:

Austin, Texas (Central). Long-term Contract Position:
Hybrid (2 days a week onsite).

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of business and technology initiatives. This role will assist in managing projects from requirements gathering and analysis through scheduling, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that each project is completed on time and aligned with organizational goals.

• 4 years of experience supporting or managing technical or business projects or programs
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
• Ability to support RFPs, vendor evaluations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• PMP certification a plus
• Experience with change management and remote team coordination is a bonus

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple concurrent projects
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and project tracking activities
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports for stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, manage communications, and help resolve project issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement
