Job Description

An established commercial general contractor with over 20 years of steady growth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects in the Austin area and throughout Texas. This firm delivers large industrial, retail, medical, mixed-use, and institutional projects and is known for its strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.

Responsibilities include overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining communication with owners and design teams, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects in the $5M+ range
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with industrial, retail, or mixed-use projects is a plus
