Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: Up to $140,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

Project Scope: $40M – $100M | Broad Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects throughout the Austin market. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project execution — from preconstruction through close-out — on complex, schedule-driven projects with budgets ranging from $40 million to $100 million
.

The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, proven leadership in the field and office, and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and scope coordination
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Monitor project financials including buyouts, change orders, billings, and cost reporting
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with schedule and budget
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change management processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and project specifications
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive client satisfaction through clear communication and accountability

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Proven experience managing projects in the $40M–$100M range
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and contract management
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Base Salary up to $140,000 (depending on experience)
