Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for managing and directing a high-performing sales team to drive sustained revenue growth, profitability, and productivity. This role oversees up to two service offerings, ensuring strategic execution, team development, and achievement of business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises Managers, Account Executives, Associates, and other sales staff as appropriate.
- Manages the staffing, training and development of sales employees in the market. Ensures employees have accessibility to appropriate training tools. Coordinates with Corporate Training Department as required.
- Promotes cross-selling and proactive sharing of account information among Kforce divisions under their control.
- Develops and executes the overall sales plan for the market including territory alignment, account assignment and adherence to KPI requirements.
- Works with all product groups in the market to maximize overall sales effectiveness.
- Responsible for profit and loss of the assigned locations.
- Manages and deploys company assets in a cost-effective manner.
- Works directly with other Market Directors and Vice Presidents to develop and share ideas and business strategies across markets.
- Ensures all corporate directives are executed completely and in a timely fashion.
- Participates in client visits and monitors the overall client satisfaction rate in the market.

Education and/or
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of related product/business experience preferably within the staffing industry. Three to five years of management experience required.
