• Coaching Team Members
• Assisting in the organization of team bonding events
• Communicating with difficult customers
• Identifying and reporting operational issues
• Maintaining a high level of store cleanliness
• Organizing inventory
• Reporting any staff issues
• Upholding all Health Code standards
• Completing weekly store inspections
• Executing Day 3 Trainings
• Assisting with opening/closing shadowing for shift lead trainings
• Confirming Safety Culture Checklists have been completed
• Counting inventory on hand for inventory resets
• Completing Inventory Runs when needed
• Maintaining location specific schedule and finding coverage for shifts, approving drops / adds, making real time changes
• Coordinating with CMO’s to execute sampling / marketing events
• Assisting with the creation of PO’s
• Submitting Weekly Report to Area Manager
• Submitting Weekly Timecard to Area Manager
