About the Role

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to own and execute the sales strategy while leading a high-performing sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and developing sales talent, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth objectives.

The Vice President of Sales will represent our client with the highest level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and execution focus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Sales and Account Representatives
  • Oversee Sales and Marketing functions with clear accountability
  • Drive revenue growth while balancing profitability
  • Own lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting with a data-driven approach
  • Implement structured sales processes across activity, pipeline, and proposals
  • Ensure full adoption of the sales technology stack
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, referral programs, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Oversee opportunity qualification and coordination with Estimating and Construction teams
  • Represent our client with integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years leading high-performing sales organizations
  • Proven experience building and managing sales teams
  • Strong track record managing complex sales opportunities, including deals up to $10M
  • Data-driven mindset with experience owning pipeline and key metrics
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused
  • High integrity, positive attitude, and strong leadership presence
