Office Administrator – Austin (Oversight of Dallas & Houston)
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: Up to $220,000
Must have Professional Services (Law Firm/Public Accounting/Wealth Management)Experience:
SR Staffing’s client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to lead operations for their Austin office while providing oversight for Dallas and Houston. This role partners closely with senior leadership and serves as a key connector between strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
What You’ll Do:- Direct and manage daily administrative functions across three offices.
- Engage with lawyers and leadership to ensure exceptional practice support.
- Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Office Managing Partner and Director of Administration.
- Oversee budgeting, facilities planning, and office culture initiatives.
- 6+ years of office management experience in a large AmLaw firm or professional services environment (accounting, consulting, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Ability to manage complex workflows and influence across departments.
