We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Performance Management Managerto join our Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience including but not limited to talent standards, coaching, evaluations and feedback

Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation

Spearhead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery of strategic initiatives

Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, presentations, and other supporting resources to drive adoption, consistency, and operational excellence

Create executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic deliverables that directly support firm priorities and leadership decision-making

Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, improve content development, generate insights, and drive innovation across performance management programs and initiatives

Assist HR Field representatives and leadership in implementing performance management tools and techniques

Develop and execute communication plans to drive performance management process awareness and compliance

Assist in the development and presentation of performance management training programs and tools
