General Manager – Locals Automotive Repair (Austin, TX)
Full-time | On-site | $75,000–$100,000 base + bonus | $120,000–$165,000+ OTE

Locals Automotive Repair is growing across the Austin area. We're doing it like a startup: fast, deliberately, and by betting on great leaders.
Two kinds of people succeed in this seat, and we're hiring both.
You've run an auto shop. You know the business. What you want is a company that gives you real tools, a real bonus, and room to grow instead of a ceiling.
You've never touched a car. Some of our best operators came from restaurants, retail, hospitality, sales, and the military. They knew how to build a team, hold a standard, and make people better. We taught them the car business.
Either way, what matters most is that people get better working for you.

- Saturdays are where stores win. We're open Monday–Saturday, and Saturday is one of our busiest days because many competitors close. You work a 5-day week:
Sunday is always off, and your second day off is flexible. - Room to grow. We're opening new locations, and strong GMs help build what comes next.
- Lead advisors and technicians to hit service, sales, and profit targets
- Hire, train, and develop your team, and hold a clear standard
- Keep the same-day promise: cars in, fixed, and out on time
- Run the store by the numbers and act on what they tell you
- 3+ years leading a team, in automotive or any high-volume, customer-facing business
- A track record of building teams people want to work for
- Comfort with numbers, technology, and accountability
- Availability to work Saturdays
