This role is essential to enhancing both the member and team experience through strong leadership, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and proven multi-unit maintenance management.

While every team member contributes to service excellence, the Facilities Team ensures each workout is seamless by maintaining a clean, fully functional, and well-equipped environment—with available amenities and a commitment to high operational standards.________________________________________________________________________________________

What You’ll Do:

As the Vice President of Maintenance, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence across up to 30 gyms, ensuring every location delivers an exceptional member experience that lives up to the Crunch Fitness brand. You’ll lead a high-performing team of Area Maintenance Managers and Technicians to keep our clubs running smoothly, safely, and at peak performance.___________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks Like:

Talent Pipeline & Staffing Stability:
Builds strong succession plans across Area and District Maintenance roles, ensuring consistent development and always maintaining par-level staffing to support uninterrupted operational excellence.

Facility Excellence:
Delivers gyms that consistently achieve Five Stars on the Brand Audit, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, safety, and member experience.

Operational Responsiveness:
Ensures all work orders are resolved within three days or less across the region, demonstrating proactive issue management and a culture of accountability.

Cost Optimization:
Continuously identifies opportunities to reduce Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses through intelligent purchasing, strategic vendor partnerships, and effective inventory management.___________________________________________________________________________________________You Are:
