This role will define and lead the strategic direction for all Rosendin field operations nationwide, driving unparalleled safety, productivity, and quality across our diverse portfolio of electrical construction projects. As a Vice President of Field Operations, you will champion our employee-owned culture by empowering our field leadership, optimizing our execution capabilities, and ensuring we deliver complex projects with excellence, integrity, and efficiency.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Rosendin’s field operations, ensuring alignment with overall company goals for growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional and project field leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Drive the consistent implementation of Rosendin’s safety program across all active projects, championing a proactive, zero-incident safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilization for field personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and efficiency across the enterprise.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards and best practices for on-site electrical construction execution, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Preconstruction, Project Management, Safety, and other corporate functions to integrate field insights, optimize project delivery processes, and resolve complex operational challenges.
• Analyze operational performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance field productivity, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes.
• Represent Rosendin in strategic discussions with clients, general contractors, and industry partners, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for operational innovation and partnership.
• Oversee the continuous evaluation and adoption of advanced construction technologies and methodologies (e.g., prefabrication, VDC, lean construction) to enhance field execution capabilities.
• Manage operational budgets and financial performance for the field operations division, ensuring fiscal responsibility and contributing to overall company financial health.
