As a Land Operations Manager on Intersect's Asset Management team, you'll build the processes, systems, and standards for our newly established Asset Land Management function while owning the day‑to‑day commercial management of land lease agreements, participating landowner relationships, and real property interests post‑execution. Carrying forward the commercial intent of each agreement from development through construction and into operations, you will personally handle lease administration, complex payment calculations, and obligation tracking across our utility‑scale clean energy portfolio while designing the operating model the function needs to scale.
Operating as a hands‑on working manager initially, you will establish the foundation for the function and ultimately hire, coach, and supervise a team of land analysts as the portfolio grows. Partnering closely with Development, Community Engagement, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Operations, you will ensure all land commitments remain compliant, executable, and aligned with our long‑term operational and financial objectives.

Joining this newly built department offers the opportunity to shape foundational tooling and workflows from the ground up while growing alongside collaborative experts dedicated to operational excellence.
