Compensation: $210,000 - $220,000 base + 30% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Director, Facilities Services:
- Lead facilities services operations and maintenance strategy across multiple markets and locations.
- Develop asset management and lifecycle programs that improve restaurant readiness, equipment reliability, and operational uptime.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize staffing structures, vendor partnerships, and service delivery models to improve performance and efficiency.
- gaps, and design scalable leadership, staffing, and workforce models.
- Lead a distributed field organization through a team of senior managers, creating accountability and driving business results.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop strategic recommendations and influence enterprise decision-making.
- Champion cultural transformation, succession planning, continuous improvement, and long-term organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications for the Senior Director, Facilities Services:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of facilities, maintenance, or asset management leadership experience.
- Proven success leading multi-site facilities or maintenance operations in large companies, multi-state environments.
- Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, financial planning, budgeting, and capital investment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive large-scale operational improvements.
