Turner & Townsend are seeking an Electrical OFCI Design Manager to lead the design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) electrical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus. Reporting to senior program leadership, you will enforce technical standards, oversee long-lead procurement specifications for electrical equipment such as switch gear, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, and busway, and ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied equipment and contractor scopes.

You will guide design teams, review submittals, resolve interface risks, and align deliverables with schedule, cost, and commissioning requirements. The ideal candidate has multiple years of mission-critical electrical design experience, a deep understanding of data center power architectures, and the leadership skills to drive multi-phase delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
