Cerity Partners is growing quickly, and our billing and revenue function is at the center of that momentum. We’re looking for a Billing & Revenue Manager who thrives on building great teams and great processes, someone who can keep day-to-day billing running smoothly while helping shape how we scale through an active merger pipeline. As the Billing & Revenue Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day accuracy and timeliness of billing and revenue management while leading and developing a team of eight professionals. As Cerity Partners continues to grow through significant merger activity, you’ll play a hands-on role in conversions, change management, technology initiatives, and building the scalable processes our next chapter needs.

- Own complex billing issues, exceptions, and escalations, driving them to timely resolution.
- Serve as a trusted partner to advisors and client-facing colleagues, responding to billing and fee inquiries with clarity, responsiveness, and a strong client experience in mind.
- Partner closely with Finance, Technology, business teams, and other stakeholders on initiatives and changes that impact billing and revenue.

- Proactively identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline processes, improving efficiency and building scalability.
- Establish and monitor key metrics, controls, and procedures that strengthen performance and reduce risk.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on initiatives, issues, and changes, maintaining strong working relationships across the organization.
- 7+ years of experience in billing, revenue management, or a related finance function, including 3+ years managing people.
- Experience in wealth management, investment management, or a similarly complex financial services environment.
- Hands-on experience with the Orion billing platform, including configuring fee schedules and generating quarterly bills.
- A track record supporting mergers, conversions, system implementations, or other significant organizational changes.
- A proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment — translating business change into practical solutions, processes, and execution plans.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering with Technology on system enhancements, testing, automation, and implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization, including advisors and client‑facing colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
