You will lead the development and implementation of the regional market strategy, identify emerging opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, regulators, delivery partners and industry stakeholders. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will support the successful delivery of projects from early-stage planning through to completion, ensuring high standards of quality, commercial performance and customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a clear regional water resources management growth strategy.
  • Lead market intelligence, opportunity identification, bid development and strategic account planning.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, regulators, supply chain partners and professional networks.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership across water resources, catchment management, resilience and regulatory programmes.
  • Collaborate with project, commercial and operational teams to secure successful outcomes.

About you

You will have substantial experience in water resources management or a closely related discipline, together with a strong understanding of the challenges facing the water sector. A proven record of developing client relationships, winning work and leading complex programmes is essential. You will be comfortable operating at a senior level and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.

A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is required, alongside excellent communication, commercial and strategic planning skills. Membership of a relevant professional body, or a commitment to achieving professional accreditation, would be advantageous.
