Dean College of Health Professions

The Dean will develop and lead a long-term strategic vision for our client's college focused on health professions education. This vision will emphasize programs aligned with evolving workforce needs and sustainable enrollment growth. The Dean will also advance research initiatives and support continued expansion of scholarly activity. Strengthening faculty practice partnerships with our client's affiliated health system will be a central priority.

The role requires a leader who can connect education, research, and clinical practice in support of institutional goals.

Reporting to our client's chief academic officer and provost, the Dean will serve as the college's senior academic and administrative leader. The individual will provide collaborative leadership across our client's broader university and health system. They will act as a chief advocate for health professions education, research, and practice. The Dean will work with faculty, staff, students, clinical partners, and institutional leadership to advance shared priorities.
