Firefly’s Ground Support Equipment team leads the pack when it comes to individual responsibility, team agility, and ownership. We are looking for a passionate individual with exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to help tackle new obstacles daily. The Inventory Specialist position provides critical support for the GSE engineering, welding, build, and test teams while coordinating with vendors, customers, and other departments within Firefly.

This position is located at our rocket production facility north of Cedar Park, in Briggs, TX.

• Receive and inspect: Monitor and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage, verifying part numbers, quantities, revisions and paperwork; note and refuse unacceptable shipment.
• Inventory Management: Own GSE controlled inventory (VLM), un‑controlled inventory (VMI), and project inventory by ensuring items are entered in Odoo, assigned locations, and interfacing with vendors on department needs with consumable and floor stock requirements.
